Unable to load « Unlimited Video For xxx » configuration file

Behavior:

When customer launch « Unlimited Video For PsP » or « Unlimited Video For iPod & iPhone » the following message appears :

Problem descrition:

This problem appears when the file « Configuration.xml » is corrupt or contain some invalid datas.

Solution :

1. Go to software installation folder (i.e: « C:\Users\USERSNAME\Documents\Unlimited Video For x.x.x\ »)
2. Rename the Configuration.xml file or delete it
3. Launch software again.
