Cannot add my video into iTunes, or error 2002 in quicktime?

Have you ever been going mad having problems importing video files into iTunes?

• You try to import a video file into iTunes, nothing happens.
• If you try to open this « bad file » in Quicktime, you get a « Error – 2002: a bad public movie atom » message in a popup box.

Unlimited Video: Apple Edition can fix this problem !

1. Go to « Configuration form« 
2. Select XviD codec
3. Encode your video again

This fix is now included into Unlimited Video: Apple Edition version 3.0.3

   But how can we know before the encoding what codec to choose? Xvid or h264?

   I use the x264 by default, If I encounter this problem I go change to XviD.
